Major Incidents end up at hospitals. Sometimes the hospital is the major incident. The Major Incident Medical Management & Support: The Practice Approach at the Hospital (HMIMMS) course helps prepare staff to pivot the hospital to Major Incident footing.

Emergency Planners often take away significant numbers of ways to improve their plans from this course. Front line clinicians increase their confidence, so they would respond optimally.
